Pricing & Minimum Orders
Wholesale pricing is available within our Wholesale Hub following account approval.

A minimum opening order of 20 units (mixed products allowed) applies to online wholesale orders.

Tiered wholesale pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on order volume.

Opening order quantities and pricing for direct wholesale partnerships are agreed individually.

Packaging
Information (Wholesale)

All wholesale orders are supplied in branded
retail packaging as standard. During initial outreach, product samples may be
provided without boxes for evaluation purposes only. Full retail packaging is
included with all wholesale orders.

Marketplace & Resale Policy

Balanced Botanics works with a select number of independent retail partners whose values align with our brand positioning and customer experience.

Balanced Botanics products are not authorised for sale on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar resale platforms. Wholesale supply is intended for approved physical retail locations, hospitality or treatment-led settings, or carefully aligned independent online stores.

Wholesale supply does not include permission for resale at trade shows, markets, or temporary retail events unless agreed in advance.

Fulfilment, Lead Times & Working With Our Partners

Balanced Botanics products are produced in small batches, with some stock held as we grow.

We aim to fulfil wholesale orders within approximately two weeks, and in many cases sooner. As some items are made to order, larger or bespoke wholesale orders may take a little longer. We will always confirm availability and estimated lead times with you before payment is taken.

We believe strong wholesale partnerships are built on communication and trust.

We work closely with our partners to support long-term, considered stock relationships, taking the time to understand your space, setting, and customer, and how Balanced Botanics fits within it. Wholesale relationships are managed directly to ensure clarity, consistency, and a personal point of contact.

How Wholesale Ordering Works

  3. Approved partners receive wholesale information and pricing via line sheet
  4. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in to access wholesale pricing and submit order requests
  5. Orders are reviewed, confirmed, and payment is taken
  6. Products are produced and dispatched within the agreed timeframe
